How to Request a Transcript
To request a transcript for a student previously attending Rockport-Fulton ISD, please use the QR Code or Google link below. For any questions please contact Colleen Holden at 361-790-2220 ext 2014, or email [email protected].
You will need the following information.
- student full name when attending school
- date of birth
- grade last attended
- contact information-phone number or email
The information will be sent to the name and address you furnish when requesting transcript.
