About Me
Greetings Pirate Family!
My name is Elsa Gonzalez, and I’m a proud alumna of Rockport-Fulton ISD. This is my tenth year serving as the ISS teacher, and I’m excited to continue being part of the Pirate family!
My husband of 33 years, Mingo, and I have one son, Gage, who is currently a junior at RFHS, and two daughters Alexis, a teacher and coach at RFHS, and Taylor, a cosmetologist and owner of Salty Hair Salon in Aransas Pass, TX.
When I’m not in the ISS room ensuring students demonstrate respect toward staff and peers, I love spending time with my family, relaxing at the beach, and attending football, baseball, and softball games. Watching my kids excel in the sports they love brings me great joy.
It’s truly an honor to work alongside such amazing teachers, staff, administrators, and students. Growing up and raising my kids in this wonderful coastal community of Rockport has been a blessing. Go Pirates!
