About Me
Hello everyone, I'm Coach Black. This year I'm teaching World History, and I'm coaching Football, Wrestling, and Track & Field. I graduated from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in 2023 Summa Cum Laude and with the Provost's Medal. My major field of study was History with a minor in Education. I also have a Master's Degree in Education from Midwestern State University. I spent time at local schools both as an observer and student teacher in Belton ISD. I won a NCAA Division Three Football National Championship and won four consecutive ASC Championships as a football player and student coach for the Crusaders. I got married to my beautiful wife Leah this summer and we have a Mini Australian Sheppard Puppy named Oliver. This will be my third year as a full time teacher-coach and I am excited to be a part of a wonderful school district and community. You can find me in Room 530, so stop by and say hello anytime!
