Our weight training class focuses on teaching students the fundamentals of strength training, including proper technique, safety, and effective workout routines. Students engage in exercises targeting major muscle groups using free weights, machines, and bodyweight exercises. The class emphasizes building muscular strength, endurance, and flexibility while promoting overall fitness and wellness. Additional lessons may cover topics like nutrition, goal-setting, and personalized fitness plans to encourage lifelong healthy habits.
