Course Description
Our Physical Education (PE) Lifetime Fitness class focuses on promoting long-term health and wellness through physical activity and education. The class introduces students to a variety of exercises and activities designed to improve cardiovascular health, strength, flexibility, and overall fitness. It emphasizes developing healthy habits, understanding the principles of fitness, and learning activities that can be incorporated into daily life, such as yoga, strength training, jogging, and recreational sports. The goal is to equip students with the knowledge and skills to maintain an active, healthy lifestyle beyond school.
