About me

This will be my 14th year teaching English and my 16th year coaching. This is my 3rd year at RFISD. I am teaching all English IV classes this year. I am the Senior Class Sponsor. I am also the Head Golf Coach.

 

I grew up in Northwest Tennessee and moved to Shawnee, Oklahoma in 1988 to attend Oklahoma Baptist University on an academic and basketball scholarship. After graduation, I spent several years in the restaurant business. In 2009, I decided to follow my calling—teaching and coaching. I have been married to my husband, Robby, and his amazing family since 2010.  We have a sweet little Westie-Scottie dog named Tootie. We are empty-nesters and love the coastal bend life!
