Ms. Amber Ladd, M.Ed.
As Dean of CTE and Accountability at Rockport-Fulton High School, my commitment to supporting students in forging successful futures, whether through higher education, professional certifications with a career pathway, or military service aligns with the school's mission to provide a high-quality education for all students. Believing in the potential of every student, I've grown to love each individual I work with at the high school. My leadership philosophy revolves around creating a collaborative learning community where students, educators, parents, and the community work together to establish an environment that promotes academic achievement, personal growth, and social development.
I oversee the Career and Technical Education (CTE) program, the Dual Credit and Advanced Placement programs, and the college readiness testing. Active collaboration with the school's leadership team has been integral to implementing effective educational strategies and ensuring a safe and nurturing learning environment.
Personally, I take pride in my two daughters' achievements. My oldest graduated from Texas A&M University in Galveston with a degree in Marine Biology, and my youngest is a junior Terry scholar and bioenvironmental science major at Texas A&M University in College Station.
I am genuinely excited about the opportunity to contribute to the continued success of Rockport-Fulton High School and am wholeheartedly dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of the students and the entire school community.
